The Scuttle Basket in Small, by basket-maker Hilary Burns MBE, is made from Willow and Copper.

Hilary Burns MBE is one of the last professional basket makers in the UK, researching and recreating the technique of scuttle-work basketry, which entails using pieces of wood that are cleft and shaven down from ash/oak/chestnut logs and closely woven over with willow. This practice disappeared in the UK around 1930.
