The Sugar Cone Light Collection by ceramicist Rich Miller takes its form from the conical moulds once used to shape solid sugar in the 18th century. Available in two sizes and a range of luxurious glazes, the design is inspired by a sugar cone sherd discovered while mudlarking along the River Thames in London, and echoes both the object’s distinctive form and its complex history within the transatlantic triangular trade.
